Write to support@fantasyleague.ae and a person will read it. Tell us the email address on your account and we can look it up.

I can't sign in

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. The link is emailed to the address on your account and opens on this website — not in the app — because the token it carries has no business making a second hop.

If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then write to us: an address typed with a slip at sign-up cannot receive anything, and we can tell you which address the account actually has.

I want to delete my account

Settings → Delete account, in the app or on the website. It asks for your password and for the word DELETE, and then it is done — there is no waiting period and nothing to email us about.

Your email, name, photo, team name, country and club are erased. Your squads and past scores stay in the leagues you played in, under no name, because removing them would rewrite the tables of everyone you played against. You can sign up again with the same address afterwards; nothing carries over.

My points look wrong

Open the player, then the gameweek: every score is shown broken into the lines that made it — minutes, goals, assists, cards, bonus. If a line disagrees with what happened on the pitch, that is worth telling us, and worth telling us which match.

Points can move after a match. The league corrects its own statistics for a day or two afterwards, and a corrected goal or assist moves the bonus points with it.
